Shipping & Returns
All orders placed within the UK will be shipped via Signed For, Royal Mail Next Day Delivery. Once shipped, you can expect your item within 2-3 days. This does not include the initial 1-2 day processing time.
For all orders placed outside the UK packages will be shipped via First Class Mail. This option does not include tracking and generally takes about 14 days to arrive at its destination (sometimes longer). This does not include the initial 1-2 day processing time.
International shipments may be subject to tax and duty fees. The recipient is responsible for covering these fees. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Elk & Bloom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like upgraded international shipping that includes tracking, please contact us prior to ordering.
We're currently offering free standard delivery to all customers with orders over £65.00.
You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been despatched. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your order delivery.
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders.
You can return your order once you have received it, please contact us if you wish to do so.
REDIRECTING AN ORDER:
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If it hasn't yet been dispatched, we'll see how we can help to change the address, so please contact us.
