Just received my bracelet & absolutely love it ! It’s even better than described, a beautiful design, light but solid & very well made .
Very pleased with my purchase from Elk & Bloom.

I am writing a poor review as I ordered 2 bracelets for Christmas, the first one broke on its first use. I then had to send it back at my cost and eventually received a replacement. When the 2nd one broke I refused to pay the postage and was sent a prepaid label. I returned the item but it wad never received. After several emails between the company and Royal Mail i still have no bracelet and have been offered a £10 voucher which i have refused. I have asked for this to be escalated to senior management and have been ignored. Very poor service indeed.

I purchased a pair of earrings for my Mum for Christmas visa Debenhams. A different pair arrived which wouldn't have been suitable. I understand these things happen and I am aware there is a return postage but I don't understand why the customer has to pay this if they are not at fault. So coupled with the inconvenience of having to buy a replacement present on 24th December it cost me a futher £7.50 to return the item. I don't think this is an ethical returns policy. The advisor was really helpful but I guess bound by company policy.

I have had 3 order from E&B and I refuse to buy quality jewellery from anywhere else! I wear 2 necklaces and a pair of earrings everyday without fail and they still look brand new.
